Quality Assurance
Quality control remains the principal focus at MJL Bangladesh PLC and to retain its assurance in the production of top-notch quality Lube Oil, an ultra-modern computerized system is implemented to measure and dynamically control the flow of varieties of Base Stocks and Additives. Alongside, a precise notion in the business conducts has enabled MJL Bangladesh PLC to get certified by ExxonMobil for 3PIMS and QP&G, Bureau Veritas for ISO-9001:2015, ISO 14001:215 & ISO 45001:2018 and Bangladesh Accreditation Board (BAB) for ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
Certification
The modern specification and articulating engineering of the Lube Oil Blending Plant ensures 3PIMS and QP&G are certified by ExxonMobil and ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:215 & ISO 45001:2018 by Bureau Veritas and ISO/IEC 17025:2017 by Bangladesh Accreditation Board (BAB).
3PIMS ensures:
- Key for all quality-related activities.
- Scored 3.9 out of 4 in global audits on 3PIMS in the year 2020.
QP&G ensures:
- Quality management system for ExxonMobil laboratories.
- Consistent with international lab standards.
- Scored 3.9 out of 4 in the year 2024.
ISO 17025:2017 ensures:
- General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories.
- Bangladesh Accreditation Board (BAB) is the ISO 17025:2017 Certifying Authority.
